A Session

The goal of a session

The objective of a session is to conduct an investigation into the subconscious, which acts as the hidden ruler of our lives. During this process, we search for the unconscious belief that underlies specific behaviors, states of mind, illnesses, phobias, blockages, and difficulties in the person.

Regardless of the origin of this belief, whether it took root in childhood, is a legacy from a past life, or is transgenerational. The essential point lies in understanding that this belief operates as an unquestionable truth for the person, even if they are unaware of it, and that it exerts a harmful influence on their life.

Since its formation, this belief remains an absolute truth for the subconscious. For the brain, the hindering behavior, the blockage, the illness, or any other problem the patient wishes to be free from, represents a solution based on the erroneous beliefs and certainties it holds. The goal of a session is to remedy this situation by identifying and modifying these beliefs to allow the patient to live their life fully without these hindrances.

Une seance Typique

During the first session, it is of course appropriate to explain in detail the course of a session, the tools and terms that will be used, the different steps that will be followed, and the objectives to be achieved.

  • The first topic of a session is always the 'anti-switch'. The unconscious sets up all false beliefs and associated behaviors as defense mechanisms. Because of this, the unconscious does not want the session to happen. We must therefore find the associated belief and suppress it in order to begin the session itself.

  • For each topic: We introduce the affirmation(s) that we wish to reintegrate into the patient's belief system.

The patient has the option to say them aloud if they wish.

We then check which phrases or words the patient carries negatively that we will need to correct.

  • Identification of root beliefs: The practitioner has lists enumerating many beliefs, numbered and anchored in their mind, while the patient, who has never seen these lists, has unconscious access to them through the practitioner.

To find a root belief, the practitioner states belief numbers until detecting a resonance, indicating the probable area where the root belief is located. Then, by refining the search, the root belief is identified. This root belief is the source of the problem, even if the link is not always immediately obvious. However, suppressing this root belief will resolve the problem.

The practitioner therefore tries in their investigative work to refine the root belief as much as possible, and to find all the exact terms in order to precisely define the patient's problem.

  • It is possible to search for the circumstances of a root belief's installation, if the patient wishes, or if the practitioner deems it useful to do so. We will look, for example, for the age, context, emotions involved, or any other relevant information, always to refine the search.

Sometimes, the detailed exploration of the context may not reveal extraordinary elements, as the belief may stem from a simple everyday scene misinterpreted by the child.

  • Neutralization/Suppression of the root belief and installation of inverse beliefs: Once all elements are correctly identified, the practitioner installs the inverse beliefs in the patient's unconscious, cleans up the emotional wounds involved, and energetically rebalances the patient in relation to the topic addressed if necessary.

  • Amygdala balance: The amygdala, a component of the survival brain, acts as if it captures us when triggered, depriving us of our reasoning ability and exacerbating emotions. Originally, these emotional reactions are there to protect us from danger, but their imbalance leads to disproportionate reactions. It is therefore essential that the amygdala remains balanced to avoid these extreme behaviors.

  • Verification that the topics are installed: Using testing tools, we verify that all topics have been correctly treated and are now held positively in the patient's subconscious.
